Embracing a New Chapter: Launching Green Shoots Consultancy
In this post, I share my exciting transition from a full-time role to launching Green Shoots Consultancy. I’m embracing my passion for transformational change management, aiming to help businesses achieve greater success. I also express my gratitude to Rettie for being my first client on this new journey.
I am excited to share a significant development in my professional career.
After much consideration, I have decided to transition from my fulltime role to embrace a positive and new path as a transformational/change management consultant.
This change reflects my commitment and passion to leveraging my expertise and experience to drive even greater value and innovation in multiple industries. As a consultant, I look forward to offering specialised insights and solutions, fostering growth, and achieving impactful results for a broader range of clients. This will lead to greater business and operational success while we work on this journey together.
I am enthusiastic about this new chapter and confident that it will bring fresh opportunities for greater collaboration and success to the people and businesses I am sure I will work with.
